摘要
我国的国有企业改革已经取得相当大的成就 ,但也还存在着严重的深层次问题。在目前经济形势下 ,MBO作为一种新的股权激励的手段 ,还必须结合我国的具体情况 ,在实施过程中应慎之又慎 。
Although Chinese state enterprise have gained great achievements, there still exists deep-seated problems.Under current economic circumstances, MBO, as a new measurement of inspiring the right and profit of stock shares, must combine Chinese specific occasions when it is enforced. And the management must not previous but cautious.
