青少年违法犯罪的成因与对策

Cause and Contermeasures of Youngsters Delinquency

近年来 ,青少年的违法犯罪已经成为影响我国社会治安、危害社会的严重问题 ,其主要原因有家庭的不良影响、学校教育的失当、社会环境的诱因以及青少年生理结构和心理特征所带来的影响等。我们必须采取如家庭要承担起第一任教师的责任、学校要重视法制教育、净化社会环境、强化青少年权益保护、加强对青少年工作的研究等措施 ,以消除青少年违法犯罪的土壤 ,把青少年的违法犯罪减少到最低程度。

In the recent years, Youngsters delinquency has become a serious problem that affect our public order and harm our society. The major causes have the bad effect of family life,the improper treatment of school education,the influence of social environment, and the impact of physiological fabric and psychological characteristic. In order to eliminate the seedbed and minimum the Youngsters deliquency, we must take effective measures, such as value the law education,purify the social environment, intensify the protection on adolescent's rights and interests, strenghten the study on adolescent's project.
