摘要
讨论可控电流传输器在电流模式放大器中的应用,分析电流增益的可控特性,论证输入电流ix(t)在大范围变化时,电流增益的关系式Gi=-I02/I01依然成立。对基于电流传输器的电压模式和电流模式放大器进行比较,说明电流模式放大器的优越性。
The application of current controlled conveyor in a current-mode amplifier is discussed, the controlling feature of current gain is analyzed, and the suitability of the equation about the current gain, that is, \$Gi=-I(02)I(01)\$ on condition that the input current \$ix(t)\$ changes over a wide range is proved. The advantages of a current-mode amplifier are shown by comparing the voltage-mode amplifier with current-mode amplifier, both of which are based on a current controlled conveyor.
