云南科技园国际化竞争维护与建设

The constructive suggestion and competitive maintenance about the internationalization of the S&T Zone of Yunnan province

在国际化背景下,国家之间的竞争加剧,科技园的发展也因此成为了人们关注的焦点。面对东盟自由贸易区的云南科技园,如何走向世界,并保持其核心竞争力,仍然是目前亟待解决的问题。从经济学的角度看,必须确立云南科技园国际化竞争维护的理念;从法学的角度看,应该有云南科技园国际化竞争维护的保障方法,以期能促进区域经济的安全发展。

At the background of internationalization, competition is intensive among different countries. And the development of the S&T(Science and Technology) Zone has always been the focus of people’s concern. Nowadays, how to be known to the world and maintain its competitive power is an imperative problem to the S&T Zone of Yunnan Province, which connects with the ASEAN(Association of South-east Asian Nations) Free-trade Area. Considering these problems, this article aims at putting forward theory of competitive maintenance about the internationalization of the S&T Zone of Yunnan Province from the view of the economics ,and the method to protect the competitive maintenance from the view of the science of law. And we hope these suggestions can promote the safe development of regional economy.
