从广义的角度来看,技术不仅反映人与自然的关系,也反映人的社会关系。正是因此,人们对技术的评价有着不同的角度、立场和观点,技术的发展也因此受到不同价值观的影响;不同的技术评价方式,决定了人类发展技术的方式。那些占统治地位的技术评价方式影响着技术发展方向。技术评价方式也决定着人类如何看待自己在技术问题上的责任。

In a broad sense, technology not only reflects the relation between human and nature, but also reflects the relations inside human being. Thus, the technological evaluation would be made with different positions and different point of views, and the development of technology also would be affected by the different value views. Different ways of technological evaluation determine the way to develop technology. Those which occupy a overwhelming situation would influence the direction of technological innovation. The technological evaluation would also determine how people understand their commitment to problems of technology.
