云南省流动人口与毒品扩散的实证分析

云南省因地处特殊的地理位置和吸毒者的集中分布,使其成为全国主要毒品通道和毒品消费市场。在毒品扩散过程中,流动人口因受职业、收入、人口自然结构、文化素质、社会环境背景的影响,受强大经济利益的诱惑,较常住人口更易从事吸毒和贩毒活动。流动人口在空间分布上与吸毒者具有较大的相关性。从而,表现出流动人口对毒品扩散的明显促进作用。因此,应针对毒品问题对流动人口采取特殊的管理措施。

Because of its peculiar location and large numbers of druggers,Yunnan has became a main transport route and consumed market of illegal drug in China. Resulted from its occupation, income, natural structure of population, cultureal quality and social surroundings, floating population is more likely to use and sell drug than permanent residents in the process of drug diffusino. And there is obvious pertinency between floating population and druggers in spatial distribution. Floating population promote obviously illegal drug diffuseness, so we should take especial measures to illegal drug problem of floating population.
