摘要
对水资源区域竞争的表现、水资源区域协调类型及协调机制进行了分析,并对跨流域调水和流域上下游之间的水资源协调问题进行了探讨。
In this article, the manifestation of regional competition, the classification and the mechanism of regional coordination on water resources are analyzed.The coordinations on allocating water resources between different basins and between upper and lower reaches in the same basin are studied.
