江苏省市(地)级区域科技系统的层次灰色关联分析

The Hierarchic Grey Incidence Analysis for the Science & Technology System in the City(Territory) Hierarchy of Jiangsu Province

建立了基于多层次复杂系统的层次灰色关联分析综合模型,并以江苏省市(地)级科技系统为研究对象进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:在江苏省市(地)级科技系统发展中,科技投入对科技产出的关联度大于科技活动对科技产出的关联度,在科技投入类因素中对科技产出的影响程度最大的是R&D经费总额,其次为科技三项经费总额。

For the system, a kind of hierarchic grey incidence analysis synthetic models was established,and the scientific & technological system in city(territory) hierarchy of Jiangsu province was analyzed with the help of the models.The results showed that,the effect of scientific & technological input on the scientific & technological putput is bigger than that of the scientific & technological activity,and when considering the effects of all factors from the scientific & technological input on the scientific & technological output,we found that total amount of R&D funds is the most important factor,total amount of scientific and technological funds the second.Several suggestions were given out.
