中小企业集群发展面临的问题和对策

The Problems of the SME Clusters Facingin Their Development and Their Strategy

中小企业集群作为一种特殊的产业组织形式,近年来显示出了强大的生命力和经济活力。我国东部地区经济的发展在很大程度上取决于由以中小企业为主体构成的产业集群的快速发展。但目前在我国中小企业集群发展的过程中,仍面临不少问题,如何解决好这些问题将关系到整个集群的健康持续发展。在对我国中小企业集群作实地调研的基础上,对中小企业集群发展中面临的问题作了系统总结,并就如何解决面临的问题,从产业组织、微观企业和政府行为3个层面提出了具体建议。

As a special industrial organization mode,SME clusters display powerful life-force and economic victor in recent years.The development of the economy on eastern China mainly relies on the fast development of the industrial clusters mostly built by SME.However,there are still too many problems in the development of the SME clusters.How to solve these problems is the key to the healthy constant development of the whole cluster.This article made a systematical summary of the problems the SME clusters facing in their development on the basis of the investigation of our country's SME clusters.And detail suggestions on the solutions of the problems were given to the industrial organization,microcosmic enterprise and government.
