摘要
本文就cDNA代表性差异分析和抑制性减法杂交这两种技术的主要原理、基本操作过程和优缺点进行了介绍和比较,并展望了这两种技术在海洋生物技术领域的应用前景。
In the present paper, the main principles and manipulation as well as the advantages and disadvantages between representational difference analysis of cDNA and suppression subtractive hybridization technology are introduced and compared. Moreover, the future application of the two technologies in the field of marine biotechnology is also discussed.
