摘要 2003年3月31日至8月31日,在水温25.0~30.0℃,盐度28.3~35.1,pH8.1~8.5时,在广东省湛江雷州市进行了方斑东风螺人工育苗试验,培育出壳高6~10mm幼螺300多万只.结果表明,投喂新鲜海鱼、蟹类、虾类,短时间阴干、流水刺激或流水培育可以诱导方斑东风螺亲螺交配产卵;幼虫培育密度以2.0~2.5万个/m3为宜,幼虫培育期间投喂多种天然混合饵料,可以提高幼虫成活率,缩短幼虫浮游时间,提前变态;及时投放附着砂,有利于幼虫顺利变态;壳高5~10mm幼螺培育密度保持在1500个/m2左右,每10~15d清洗一次附着砂,可加速幼螺的生长,提高幼螺成活率,有效防止病害的发生. From March 31 to August 31, 2003,experiments on the artificial breeding of Babylonia areolata were carried out in Leizhou,Zhanjiang under the conditions that the water temperature was 25.0~30.0℃,the salinity was 28.3~35.1and pH was 8.1~8.5. About 3 million juveniles Babylonia areolata 6~10 mm in height were obtained. By feeding with fresh marine fishes, crabs and shrimps, stimulating the adult with some stimuli such as exposition in the air for a short time, cultivation in mobile water, the adult Babylonia areolata can be induced to mate and spawn. The suitable density of larva-cultivating was 2.0~2.5×104×m3.By feeding with mingle natural unicellular algae, the survival rate of the larva can be increased and the swimming time can be shortened during the larvae Babylonia areolata cultivated, the larvae's metamorphosis can be advanced. Laying adhesion sand on the bottom of the rearing tank in time,the larvae's metamorphosis can be undergone smoothly. Keeping the density of the juveniles which were 5~10mm in height at about 1500×m2, and washing and cleaning the sand every 10~15 d, the growth and the survival rate of the juveniles Babylonia areolata can be raised, and the juvenile's disease can be avoided.
