温阳散结解毒汤抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect of Antitumor of Wenyang Sanjie Jiedu Decoction

目的探索温阳散结解毒汤抗癌作用及其对生存质量的影响。方法用昆明鼠瘤细胞悬液皮下接种法造模,造模第6日开始用温阳散结解毒汤灌胃或腹腔注射环磷酰胺。每日治疗1次,治疗10次后,检测体表瘤重量、肺部转移灶数量及小鼠红细胞、白细胞数和血红蛋白含量,观测5min内小鼠活动度和前肢抬举次数等。结果温阳散结解毒汤可减轻体表瘤重量,减少肺转移灶数量,提高血细胞数,增加小鼠活动度和前肢抬举次数。结论温阳散结解毒汤具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,与化疗联合应用可以保护免疫功能,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of antitumor and the influence to live quality of Wenyang Sanjie Jiedu Decoction (WSJD). Method Cancer model mice was established by subcutaneous vaccination of suspension of tumor cells in Kunming mice. Six days later, WSJD or cyclophosphamide was applied by filling gastric or injecting at abdominal cavity, once a day for 10 times. Then fingure the weight of tumor and the quantity of blood cell, observe the activity of mice in five minutes. Results WSJD increase the quantity of erythrocyte, leucocyte and ferrohemoglobin in blood, decrease the weight of tumor body, deduce the transfer activity of cancer cell. Conclusion WSJD plays an action of anticancer and protects immunological function, enhance the life quality.
