竹节参总皂苷对局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型的保护作用 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究竹节参总皂苷对局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型的保护作用。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,观察竹节参总皂苷对局灶性脑缺血大鼠存活率、神经症状及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量的影响。结果竹节参总皂苷(200、100、50mg/kg)能显著改善局灶性脑缺血大鼠的神经症状(P<0.01),提高动物的存活率(P<0.01),降低动物血清LDH的含量(P<0.01)。结论竹节参总皂苷对局灶性脑缺血有明显的保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effects of pmanxsaponin on rats with focal cerebral ischemia injury. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia in rats was produced by occlusion of the middle cerebralartery (MCAO). Observe the influence of pmanxsaponin on neurological deficiency, mortality rate and determine the LDH activity during the focal cerebral ischemia. Result Pmanxsaponin can oberviously improve neurologicol symptom, raise mortality rate and descend the LDH activity. Concluslon Pmanxsaponin has significantly protective effects againstfocal cerebral ischemic injury.
