摘要
研究了农药马拉硫磷的水解产物和Ag(Ⅰ)形成络合物,萃取至氯仿,再用原了吸收法间接测定马拉硫磷的适宜条件,以及各种共存物质的影响.方法的检测下限可达2.2×10-7mol/L,优于间接分光光度法和使用Cu(Ⅱ)的间接原子吸收法,工作曲线的线性范围为2.2×10-7、6.0×10-5mol/L,为马拉硫磷的测定提供了一种新的方便、灵敏、准确的方法.
A method for the indirect determination of the pesticide malathion by atomic absorption spectrophotornetry of Ag(Ⅰ) is proposed and compared with that by AAS of Cu(Ⅱ) and the standard spectrothotometric method. A study of the influence of the metal ions and other organophosphorus pesticides is carried out. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 2.2×10-7-6.0×10-5 mol/L.This method is more sensitive with detection limit 2.2×10-7 mol/L than former methods.
