玉米愈伤组织再生植株的促进方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 以来源于13个基因型的玉米幼胚愈伤组织为试验材料,研究愈伤组织经震荡洗脱、吸湿干燥处理后进行植株再生和直接进行植株再生3种处理在植株再生率、再生进程和愈伤组织生根上的差异.结果表明,愈伤组织在植株再生前经过48h震荡洗脱加48h吸湿干燥处理、或仅进行48h吸湿干燥处理均可以普遍提高植株再生苗率,加快植株再生进程,但易发生愈伤组织先生根现象.震荡洗脱加干燥处理可以更快促进植株再生.各处理对不同基因型愈伤组织在植株再生率、植株再生进度和愈伤组织生根的影响程度上存在差异. The effects of different treatments on plant regeneration frequency, regeneration course and calli radicating were studied using the calli from 13 genotypes. The three treatments of calli were elution with shake culture, dehydration before plant differentiation and direct inducement of plant regeneration. The results showed that before plant differentiation calli were eluted 48 h with shake culture plus 48 h and dehydration 48 h dehydration only increased plant regeneration frequency, speed up plant regeneration process. But they easily led to calli growing roots before calli germination. The function of speeding up plant regeneration course was enhanced by elution with shake culture plus dehydration. The effects of various treatments on plant regeneration frequency, regeneration course and calli radicating depended on the genotypes.
