植烟土壤供氮状况与叶片烟碱含量关系的研究 被引量:11

摘要 施用无机氮肥能够较大幅度提高0~20cm土壤中无机氮的含量,并维持7周左右.其中在移栽后第3周,各处理NH+4-N和NO-3-N平均含量分别增加了1.09倍和10.29倍;施用无机氮肥对提高20~40cm土壤中无机氮的含量作用不大;在烟株移栽后0~7周,0~20cm土壤中NH+4-N和NO-3-N的含量随施氮量的增加而升高;3-N及20~40cm土壤中NO-施氮量与0~40cm土壤平均无机氮含量及上部叶片烟碱含量之间均存在显著的正相关性. The application of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer could raise the content of inorganic nitrogen of 0~20 cm soil layer drastically only for seven weeks, but affect slightly the content of inorganic nitrogen of 20~40 cm soil layer. In addition, the concentrations of NH^+_4-N and NO^-_3-N were increased by 1.09 and 10.29 times respectively in the third week after transplanting; The concentrations of NH^+_4-N and NO^-_3-N of 0~20 cm soil layer and NO^-_3-N of 20~40 cm soil layer rose along with the increase of the quantity of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer; The relationships between the quantity of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer, the average concentrations of inorganic nitrogen of 0~40 cm soil layer and the nicotine content of uppers of flue-cured tobacco were positively correlated.
