摘要
染料废水造成的环境污染是目前难以解决的问题,本文对含硫废水中硫的脱除与回收进行了研究.试验结果表明:采用铁屑过滤混凝法,在最佳操作条件下:pH=5.0~5.5,t=30min和搅拌速率为100r/min,铁碳比等于1:1的条件下,总硫的去除率达到99%,中和沉淀出水清澈透明,各项指标均达到国家的排放标准.
The environmental pollution from dye wastewater is the difficult problem to overcome. The treatment of dyeing wastewater with iron chips filter-coagulation has been studied in this paper. The sulphur of containing sulphur dyeing wastewater were removed and retrieved. The results show that the removal rate of sulphur was 99%, the yield water precipitated were as clear as crystal and all the indexes of the effluent can meet the national discharge standards under the optimum reaction conditions: pH value 5.0-5.5, stagnation times 30 min, Fe/C ratio: 1:1, mixing speed: 100 r/min.
