摘要
运用电镜及形态测量技术对7例毛细胞白血病患者的骨髓穿刺及外周血标本进行了系统观察。结果表明,不同病例毛细胞的超微结构不全相同,根据其超微形态特征可分为二类:典型Ⅰ型毛细胞白血病和Ⅱ型毛细胞白血病。在一例典型毛细胞白血病细胞胞浆中见有少数小的电子致密颗粒,其性质和意义尚不清楚。本文根据两类毛细胞白血病的细胞超微结构差异,对其不同来源的可能性进行了探讨。
Samples of bone marrow and peripheral blood of 7 patients with hairy-cell Ieukemla were electron microscopically and morphometrically studied. The results showed that the ultrastructure of hairy-cell leukemla cells from different patients were quite differ ent.According to the ultrastructural differences they might be divided into two basic types:the type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ hairy-cell leukemia. In one of the cases,some small electron dense granules were found in the cytoplasm,their nature and significance are still unknown. Final ly,according to the morphologic differences between both cell types the cytogenesis of hairy cell leukemia are discussed.
