摘要
对60例急性期脑梗塞病人血浆血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))和血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平变化以及阿魏酸钠(SF)对其影响研究。结果发现,急性期脑梗塞病人LPO水平显著升高并持续2周以上,6-Keto-PGF_(1α)与LP0呈负相关,SF对TXB_2有显著抑制作用(P<0.O1),而对6-Keto-PGF_(1α)无明显影响。SF对LPO的抑制作用明显优于维生素E(P<0.01),其机理可能与SF对自氧化和酶促过氧化均产生抑制作用有关。
60 patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction were randomizedly divided into three groups.Control group was administred intravenously 10% Dextran 500 ml daily.An equal amount of Dextran was used in the two other groups.Sodium feruate (SF) group plus Vitamin E 300mg daily.The results show that serum lipid peroxide (LPO) levels were sig nificantly higher than normal levels (P<O.01 ).Significant negative linear correlations were noted between LPO and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α+).SF significantly inhibeted plasma TXB_2 leves (P<0.01) with out affecting 6-Keto-PGF_(1α)levels.Serum LPO levels were significantly decreased in the SF group.The mechanism of SF may lie in that it prevents both auto-oxidation and enzyme-processing peroxidation in vivo.
