β-内啡肽对正常人外周血单核细胞膜HLA-DR抗原表达的影响

Effect of β-endorphin on the Expression of HLA-DR Antigen on Normal Human Monocytes

浓度为3.2×10^(-8)mol／L的β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)可使人类白细胞抗原-DR分子阳性(HLA-DR^+)的人单核细胞(Monocyte,Mon)的百分率显著增加(P＜0.01)。正常血浆浓度及低于3.2×10^(-8)mol/L的β-内啡肽对人单核细胞HLA-DR抗原的表达无明显影响。

β-endorphin(β-EP)at a concenration of 3.2×10^(-8)mol／L was found to pro-mote in vitro the expression of HLA-DR antigen of highly purified normal human monocytes (P＜0.01).At physiological serum concentration,as well as in concentrations lower than 3.2×10^(-8)mol／L,however,β-EP showed no significant influence on the expression of HLA DR antigen.
