甲状腺机能亢进并重症肌无力50例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases of Hyperthyroidism Associated with Myasthenia Gravis

对50例甲状腺机能亢进并重症肌无力患者的临床表现及治疗方法进行了分析。认为两病都是自身免疫性疾病，只对两病之一进行治疗，则另一病反而会加重，因此必须两病同时治疗方可获得较理想的疗效。坚持对两病进行长期的治疗，预后较好，死亡率较低。甲状腺机能亢进与重症肌无力的并存率较高，在医疗诊断中应予注意以免误诊及漏诊。

We studied clinical features and treatments of 50 cases with hyperthyroidism and myasthenia gravis(MG),which are autoimmune diseases.It has been proposed that if these two diseases are not treated at the same time,no good therapetic effects and lower mortality rate can be achieved.Because coincidence of hyperthyroidism and MG is higher than we expect,attention should be paid in order to avoid errors in diagnosis.
