妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者红细胞微量元素与外周血细胞免疫状态的研究

Studies on Some Trace Elements and Cell-mediated Immunity in Patients with Gestational Trophoblastic Disease

测定43例妊娠滋养细胞疾病（GTD）患者的红细胞Cu、Zn、Mn、Se含量，并测定其中37例GTD患者的外周血T细胞亚群。结果：GTD患者红细胞Cu、Se显著高于正常妇女；滋养细胞肿瘤（GTT）患者红细胞Se显著高于葡萄胎患者；葡萄胎患者红细胞Zn、GTD患者红细胞Mn及外周血淋巴细胞、T细胞及其亚群绝对数、葡萄胎患者和高危GTT患者的T_4^+／T_8^+比值均显著低于正常妇女。本文还讨论了GTD患者Cu、Se、Mn、Zn变化对免疫功能的影响及其与GTD发生、发展的关系。

Cu,Zn,Mn,Se in erythrocyte were determined in 43 patients with gesta-tional trophoblastic disease (GTD),T cell subsets in peripheral blood were also examined in 37 cases.The results redvealed that the contents of Cu and Se in erythrocytes in patients with GTD were significantly higher than those in normal females. The content of Se in patients with gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT) was significantly higher than that in hydatidi-form mole (HM).The contents of Zn in patients with HM and Mn in patients with GTD were significantly lower than those in normal females,so were the absolutes of lymphocytes.T cell and T subsets in peripheral blood in patients with GTD, the T_4^+/T_4^+ ratio in patients with HM and high risk GTT was obviously lower than that in normal controls.The above findings led us to hold that the alteration of trace elements in patients with GTD affects their immunologic function and is closely related to the occurrence and development of GTD.
