髂内动脉结扎术在产科大出血时的临床应用

The Management of Severe Obstetric Hemorrhage by Hypogastric Artery Ligation

髂内动脉结扎术是妇产科领域内一种安全、有效的急救止血术式，及时行此手术，常可抢救患者生命。本文报告我援外医疗队所遇3例严重产科出血合并休克（产后出血2例，胎盘早剥并DIC1例），病情十分危重，经采用双侧髂内动脉结扎术及复苏后，均抢救成功，腹壁伤口1期愈合，住院10～22d痊愈出院。

Hypogastric artery ligation is a safe and effective styptic emergence procedure in obstetric and gynecological practice.It is usually a life-saving operation.In this article,3 cases of severe obstetric hemorrhage associated with profound shock,including one case with placental abruption complicated with DIC and 2 cases with postpartum hemorrhage, were operated successfully by emergence bilateral hypogastric artery ligation and adequate resuscitation at a country hospital in Algeria,when the authors worked as obstetricians there.These patients were uneventfully cured and discharged within 10—22 days.
