溃疡益治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation on Effects of Kui Yang Yi Mixture on Peptic Ulcer

报告87例消化性溃疡的中西药对照治疗观察结果。中药组运用溃疡益煎剂以健脾行气，活血止痛。西药组用H_2受体阻滞剂泰胃美治疗。结果：中药组57例总有效率91.23％，西药组30例总有效率80％，两组疗效比较，x~２=2.243，差异无显著性意义（P＞O.05）。中药组无不良反应，西药组则出现胃脘灼热感、腰痛、尿频、轻度肝功能异常等副反应16例，占53.33％，两组之间有显著性差异（P＜O.01）。

Presented in this paper are results of treatment of 87 patients with peptic ulcer by traditional chinese medicines(TCM) and western medicines(WM).In TCM grouP,Kui yang yi were used to invigorate the spleen and replenish Qi and promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis.In WM group,Tagemt,an H_2 receptor blocking agent,was used.The results showed that the total effective rate was 91.23％ in 57 cases of TCM group and the total effective rate was 80％(X^2.243;P＞0.05).No significant difference was found beween two groups.No adverse effect was found in TCM while heart-burn,lion pain,and slight abnormality in live function were noted in 16 cases in WM group accounting for 52.33％.The difference in adverse effects was significant(X^2=37.25,P＜0.01).
