粉防己碱对离体大鼠心脏缺血-再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用 被引量:11

The Protective Effects of Tetrandrine on Myocardial Ischemia-reperfusion Injury in Isolated Rat Heart

摘要 利用大鼠离体工作心研究粉防己碱(Tet)对缺血-再灌损伤心肌的保护作用,结果表明,Tet能明显改善再灌注损伤心肌的心功能,增加心肌灌流量,降低心律失常发生率,降低心肌磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(SGOT)的外漏及心肌含水量,并能减少脂质过氧化产物-丙二醛(MDA)的形成。以上作用均与其阻钙通道及钙激活的钾通道、降低胞内钙含量密切相关。 By using the model of ischemia-reperfusion injury in the isolated working heart of rat,the changes of cardiac functions were investigated.It was found that(1) tetrandrine was able to ameliorate the ischemia-reperfusion injury of the heart,decrease the occurrence rate of ventricular arrhythmia and promote the recovery of cardiac functions.It may also decrease the leakage of LDH,CPK,SGOT from myocardium,and obviously reduce the MDA production.(2)tetrandrine could significantly attenuate myocardial Ca^(2+),Na^(+)accumulation and water content.It is concluded that blockade of Ca^(2+)and K-Cachannels by tetrandrine may contribute to its myocardial protection.
