摘要
对氯胺T(ch-T)法、氯甘脲(Iodogen)法和乳过氧化物酶(Lactoperoxidase,简称LPO)法进行了比较研究。结果表明:LPO具有碘化反应温和、放射性碘利用率高、反应完全、可控性强、标记产品纯度高等优点;特别是能最大限度的保持被标记物固有的生物活性和免疫活性。
There are three methods:chloramine-T,Iodogen and lactoperoxidase(LPO). ̄(125)I-ACTH, ̄(125)I-in-sulin and ̄(125)I-HSA are prepared by these techniques.The resuIts show that lactoperoxidase is isolatedand purified from fresh milk,meanwhile,the enzyme is used a experiment of ̄(125)I-labeled protein,Pep-tide hormone and monoclone antibody,etc.LPO is a very successful meththod for it's mild,completereaction, controliable,highet labelling yield,higher purity of iodine- labeled compound and so on.Itremains biological activation and stdble character more than other two techniques.
