摘要
用放射性自显影及放射性测定方法显示经大鼠肝门静脉注入 ̄3H-Dau-HAMS后, ̄3H-Dau在肝脏中的沉积量为腹腔注射 ̄(3)H-Dau的数十至数百倍,且滞留时间明显延长,并有微球栓塞引起的肝组织坏死及再生现象,表明药物微球栓塞及增效的双重作用。
By means of autoradiographic and radioactivity counting metheds,it is shown that ̄(3)H-Dau re-tained in rat liver is significantly higher(tens to hundreds times)and longer by route of intraportal in-jection of  ̄(3)H- Dau-HAMS than by intraporitoneal injection of  ̄(3)H- Dau,and there are morphologicalchanges of nectosis induced by microsphere embolization and sutbsequent regeneration. The resuIts indi-cate that chemotherapeutic microspheres might play a dual role of embolization and therapeutic enhance-ment effects.
