摘要
近20年来,针对高血压的循证医学研究层出不穷,极大推动了医学界对高血压的认识和治疗观念的更新.根据2004年10月发表的"中国居民营养与健康状况调查",我国高血压的患病率为18.8%,估计全国患病人数1.6亿多.脑卒中、心肌梗死、冠心病、终末期肾病以及心力衰竭的发病率与高血压密切相关.
