在信息爆炸、技术转轨的时代要求新的教育理念和课程模式,核心知识教育替代学科知识教育是历史的必然.高效的现代医学基础教育应切实实行厚基础、宽口径的人才培养模式,目前应在淡化传统的学科为中心的课程体系基础上,构建以细胞结合分子知识为核心的课程体系,以便使受教育者有更合理的可满足新世纪需求的和可持续发展的核心知识结构.

New educational concept and curricular model are required in the era of information explosion and technological transformation. Core knowledge-oriented education will inevitably replace disciplinary knowledge-oriented education. Effective basic education of modern medicine should aim at cultivating personnel with sound foundation and broad calibers. At present the traditional curricular system with the medical discipline orientation should be weakened and a new curricular system with the combined cellular and molecular knowledge as the core should be established to ensure that students will have a sound core knowledge structure to achieve sustainable development and meet the requirements of the new century.
