统计方法和软件在ITS项目评价数据分析中的应用

Application of Statistical Methods and Software to Data Analysis of ITS Project Evaluation

针对 ITS项目评价中的数据分析处理问题 ,研究了用统计学中的假设检验和方差分析的方法进行定量指标数据分析 ,用列联表分析解决定性指标的数据分析 ,并在实例研究中用SPSS统计软件包实现了上述数据分析工作 ,这些统计方法和软件的正确使用将为 ITS项目评价的数据分析工作提供有力的技术支持。

In order to solve the problems of data analysis in project evaluation of intelli gent transportation system (ITS), statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are applied to data analysis for quantitative measures of effectiveness (MOEs). And contingency table analysis is applied to d ata analysis for qualitative measures of effectiveness (MOEs). In case study, th e above mentioned data analyses are implemented by using the statistical softwar e package SPSS. It is concluded that appropriate application of these statistica l methods and software provides effective technical support for data analysis of ITS project evaluation.
