图文档如何有效管理是企业继CAD普及之后出现的一类新问题.在分析企业设计目前所面临问题的基础上,给出了图文档管理系统的设计思想、主要功能(用户管理及权限管理、信息批量提取功能、图文档的查询、浏览与下载功能、统计汇总与明细表的自动生成)以及开发过程中的关键问题.

It's a new problem how to manage the electronic drawings and documents after CAD has been accepted widely. Based on the questions the factory is facing now ,design ideas in EDM system , main functions (user and purview management,information batch extraction,product data maintenance,electronic data inquiry,browsing and downloading,statistic collecting and automatic creation of the list)and key problems in the development process are discussed.
