绝经妇女取环使用米索前列醇的临床观察

The clinical application of misoprostol to the removal of intrauterine devices for menopausal women

目的 探讨米索前列醇 (misoprostol)在绝经后妇女取环中的临床应用价值。 方法 收集 2 2 0例绝经在 1年以上要求取出宫内节育器 (IUD)的全部资料 ,随机分为A组 12 0例 (服药组 ) ,B组 10 0例 (对照组 )。通过口服米索前列醇分析其使用效果。结果 发现由于使用米索前列醇 ,宫颈得到了软化与扩张。A组取环成功率为 98.3 % ,B组取环成功率为 66% ,按统计学检验P <0 .0 1,两者之间差异有显著性。结论 绝经妇女取环使用米索前列醇 ,不但能减轻取环困难 ,而且还缩短了手术时间 ,减少了出血量 ,效果比较理想。

Objective To study the value of the clinical application of Misoprostol to the removal of intrauterine devices for menopausal women.Methods Collecting all the documentations of 220 cased of those women who have menopause for over one year and require the removal of intrauterine devices (IUD).They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the contrast group.Analysis was made to see the effect of Misoprostol.Results Due to the application of Misoprostol,the cervixes of the women in the control group got softened and dilated.The rate of success for the removal in the control group was 98.3%,and that of the contrast group was 66%(P<0.01).The difference was significant.Conclusion The application of Misoprostol can not only lessen the difficulty in the removal,but also shorten the operation period and reduce the amount of bleding.
