卵巢肿瘤快速冰冻切片256例病理诊断分析 被引量:15

Analysis of pathological diagnosis of fast frozen sections from 256 cases of ovarian tumors.

摘要 目的探讨术中冰冻切片病理诊断对卵巢肿瘤诊断的价值.方法回顾分析2002~2003年间中山大学附属二院及附属三院256例卵巢肿瘤术中冰冻切片诊断与术后石蜡切片诊断符合情况.结果利用冰冻切片诊断卵巢肿瘤,与石蜡切片比较,冰冻切片诊断确诊率为97.27%.良性肿瘤的确诊率为99.43%,交界性肿瘤的确诊率为83.33%,恶性肿瘤的确诊率为95.16%.共有7例冰冻切片诊断错误,误诊率为2.73%.结论术中冰冻切片病理诊断是术中确定卵巢肿瘤性质的有效方法,具有重要的诊断价值. Objective 256 cases of ovarian tumors were analysed for their frozen sections and paraffin sections in order to evaluate the value of intraoperative frozen sections for diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods In a retrospective study to determine the accuracy of frozen section diagnosis in ovarian,the results of frozen section diagnosis of 256 cases were compared with the final diagnosis result of paraffin sections.Results Total coincident rate of FS was 97.27%,benign tumor 99.43%,border tumor 83.33% and malignant tumor 95.16%;7 cases were misdiagnosed,misdiagnosed rate being 2.73%.Conclusion Frozen section can be an effective method in histologic diagnosis of ovarian tumors during operation.Improving sampling technique,mastering the gross appearances and and microscopic features of difficult cases can increase the accuracy of frozen section diagnosis of ovarian tumors.
