都市化农业与中心城市郊区城市化过程——从一个乡镇发展的视角探讨中心城市郊区经济发展的战略

Urbanized Agriculture and Urbanization in the Suburbs of the Central Cities in China

城市化已是世界各国社会经济、人口发展共同的必由之路 ,也是社会文明进步的源泉 ,人口现代化的重要标志。本文作者通过对我国城镇化进程和特征进行探讨及对北京市郊区来广营乡的实地调研 ,对都市化农业在我国中心城市郊区城市化进程中的重要作用进行了探讨 ,这对我国中心城市周边地区城镇化发展具有一定的借鉴意义 ;并运用Spearman双变量等级相关分析等方法进行分析 ,就中心城市郊区的经济发展战略阐述了作者的观点。

In this essay, the author analyzes the characteristics of Chinese urbanization and the functions of central city, and also makes a field survey in LaiGuangying town, Beijing From those observations, the authors hold that urbanization is a systemic engineering, and it is composed of several elements that have special functions Therefore, the authors maintaiin that urbanized agriculture, non agriculture, and urbanization are the three fundamental elements in our countrys systemic engineering of urbanization This viewpoint could be used for reference to the urbanization of the neighboring areas near the central cities in China Moreover, by using the Spearmans grading correlation analysis of two variables, the authors interpret their point of view on development strategy in the suburbs of the central cities in China
