摘要
高等教育大众化是当今高等教育发展的必然趋势 ,对社会经济发展起着不可比拟的重要作用。美国是世界上第一个实现了高等教育大众化的国家。本文分析了美国高等教育发展的历程 ,总结了美国促进高等教育大众化发展的政策措施 。
