摘要
：结合对国家、部、省、市科技体制改革的有关精神和法律法规等知识的学习与理解，在介绍技术经纪 人、科技成果转化和技术权益等基本概念的基础上，探讨了技术经纪人在科技成果转化中应注意的主要问题。
In this paper, the basic concepts of technology brokers, transformation of achievements, technology rights and interests,etc.are introduced. The main problems needing attention by technology brokers in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are investigated.
