摘要
运用文献资料、调查访问和数据统计法 ,对福建省跆拳道教练员队伍的现状进行分析 ,得出福建省跆拳道教练队伍存在高学历少 ,进修、培训机会少 ,训练科学化水平低等问题 ,并提出相应的对策。
Based on documents study, survery and statistics.This paper analyses the status of Taekmondo's coaches in Fujian. It shows that there exist some problems among the coach of Taekmondo. These problems include people with high diploma are far from enough, there are little opportunity for training and further study, scientific sports training stays at a low level. At last the paper provides some corresponding strategies and some references to them.
