通过美国教师进修制度主管、实施机构及实施方式、内容等方面进行综述 ,结合影响我国体育教师资源的具体情况 ,提出教师进修制度对开发我国体育教师资源具有积极意义 ,也是可行的。

After study of the management, implement authority, implementation method and content of American teacher's advancement program, under present Chinese reality which impacts PE teacher's resource, the author is convinced that such program is both workable and applicable in terms of an exploitation on Chinese PE teacher's resource.
