体育院校专业设置和办学体制的回顾与前瞻

A Review and Preview of Specialty setting and School Running Pattern of P.E. College

21世纪人才培养的模式 ,是一个知识、能力和素质平进的培养模式 ,又称之为KAQ。遵照这个原则 ,我们体育专业在世纪之交之时 ,办学体制的改革研究具有重要的现实意义。为此 ,笔者试图从我国体育院校的办学历史沿革入手 ,寻代体育院校体制改革的发展规律 ,探索 2 1世纪体育院校办学的模式。研究结果认为 :体育院校的办学遵循以社会的需求为动力 ,以提高办学水平和办学效益为目标 ,促使办学体制不断完善 ,构成以综合型办学体制为主体 ,并根据自身的条件和社会的需求 ,发展有特色的专业为模式的办学体制。并将其归纳为 :合并求发展、特色求生存、集团求定位、全面培养人才 ,为今后一段时期专业设置和办学体制的主要目标。

Equal attention should be paid to knowledge, ability and quality (KAQ) in talent cultivation in the 21 st century. In accordance with this practice, it is of great practical significance to study and reform the school running pattern of P.E. specialty at the turning point of two centuries. Starting with the evolution of school running of P.E. colleges in china, the author exploits the development law of structure reform of 21 st century. The result shows that the objective of specialty setting and school running pattern of P.E. college in the coming future is to develop in the course of merging, to survive in the course of expanding and to cultivate talents in a all-round way.
