摘要
股后肌群力量薄弱 ,造成前后侧肌群力量比例失调 ,影响了短跑成绩提高 ,也是产生大腿后侧肌群拉伤的直接原因。股后肌群力量训练手段的匮乏直接影响大腿后侧肌群力量的发展。本文根据短跑周期中股后肌用力特点 ,创造股后肌专项力量训练手段与方法 。
The weakness of muscle group of back femoris, which causes the front and back sides muscle strength out of proportion, which affeits the improvement of the achievement of dash, and which is also the direct cause of muscle group of back femoris strain. The lack of training method of muscle group of back femoris power diretly affeit the development of muscle group of back femoris power. Based on the charaiteristic of function of the back femois muscle during dash period, the thesis creats the training way and method of specific strength training of muscle of back femoris, which results in good effect after praitice.
