摘要
本文从当前图书馆事业改革的方向出发,探讨分析了图书馆事业的改革必须根据客观事实,理论联系实际,并正确处理好有偿服务和无偿服务的关系,才能适应新形势的发展。
In the light of the present trend of the library reform,the paper,after a thorough analysis and inquiry formulates that the objective factors should be taken into consideration,theory be applied practice and the relationship between fee-based and free-use service be correctly handled to make great achievements and keep abreast with the new development in the library reform.
