摘要
本文在简单分析了当前建立专题数据库重要性的基础上,从 5 个方面介绍了开发砷化镓器件及其有关材料小型专题数据库的运行环境、数据收集与标引、数据库的文件结构、数据输出、检索方法和特点。
In the paper,the importance of building databases on special topics is briefly analysed and the special database on FaAs devices and related materials research are introduced by five aspects: (1)operation conditions. (2)collection and indexing of data,(3)files of the database,(4)data output,(5)retrieval methods and its features.
