论澳门小说的文化属性──兼论澳门文学形象的建立

On the Cultural Identity of Macao's Novels ──on the establishment of Macao's literary image

由于澳门特殊的历史文化背景，澳门的小说创作显得有些“贫弱”，这在一定程度上制约了澳门文学形象的建立。而由于文化上的内在一致性，澳门小说尤其是短篇小说表现出鲜明的中国作风和中国气派。在创作观念上，澳门小说强调文学的教化作用，具有强烈的社会批判意识，与中国传统文学一脉相连。小说所表现的风土人情和价值观念，也呈现出浓郁的中国文化底蕴。

Due to the peculiar historic and cultural background of Macao, literary creation in the respect of novels seems to be somewhat 'frail' ,which, to some extent, restricts the estab-lishment of Macao's literary image. Macao being culturally consistent with Chinese mainland, its movels, short novels in particular, conspicuously reveals the Chinese style and grandeur. In terms of creational conception, Macao's novels, stressing the instructive role of literature, bears a strong sense of social criticism, which is typical of traditional Chinese literature. The local cus-toms and social values, reflected in Macao's novels, also shows strong flavor of Chinese culture.
