Refuting the Theory that the Relationship Between Law and Law in Narrow Sence is the Relationship Between Content and Form

法与法律的关系为内容与形式关系之说似是而非 ,违背逻辑同一律而不科学 ,应纠正为一般与个别、抽象与具体的关系。

That the relationship between law and law in narrow sence is the relationship between content and form is regarded as something like truth.However,it is not scientific due to violating the law of identity.It should be rectified as the relationship between individual and general,abstraction and concrete.
