Marx and Engels scientifically expounded and proved the law of “Two necessities”in “Mani Festo of the Communist Party”.However,the capitalism hasn't been destroyed, it has got new development and changes;On the contrary, after the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,the world socialist movement has suffered a great impact and got into a low tide.Through a few years' exploration the socialist new vitality and dawn appeared in socialist China which foreboded a new high tide in the near future.
