Democratic administration and supervision is an important work of universities' trade union.The Representative Meeting of Teachers is a basic,organizational form of democratic administration and supervision.The university should give play to the trade union and Representative Meeting of Teachers in order to improve the leader's democratic consciousness and teachers and stuff's sence of participation and to put forward all kinds of work under the leadship of party committee of university.
