On Naturalization Measures Aimed at Stateless Koreans by Japanese Imperialist in the Era of Manchukuo

1937年日本宣布在伪满洲国“撤销”治外法权 ,给东北朝鲜族社会 ,特别是给占有很大比例的所谓无籍朝鲜人造成了很大的冲击。日本为了稳定东北的社会治安 ,让无籍朝鲜人就籍 ,而其效果微乎其微。

In 1937,Japanese Imperialist waived the extraterritoriality,which brought about great turbulance among the so called stateless Koreans,who constituted a large proportion of the Korean communites inhabited in Marchukuo.The naturalization policy aimed at the stateless Koreans was a scheme of the Japanese imperialist in order to stablize the public order in Manchukuo,but it produced very little effect.
