This paper first emphasized the disciplinary characteristics and the importance of the basic research of philosophy of technology. Then it put forward 35 issues that could be considered in the following six aspects: 1. the disciplinary location and the disciplinary nature of philosophy of technology, the comparison of philosophy of science and philosophy of technology, 2. the theoretical significance of the research of philosophy of technology, 3. the essence of technology, the relation of technology and artifact, 4. the relation between science and technology, 5. the value of technology, the duality and neutrality of technology, 6. the regularity of technological development.
