２１世纪理想人格伦理文化水平与思想道德素质的提高，不可能拒绝传统价值观念。产生于中国地期的孔孟儒家思想，既是人类最早的文化源头，也是人类历史上最完备、成熟的伦理文化之一。其中所蕴涵 的丰富的人生哲理和深邃的人文思想，诸如：仁德、义利、孝道、利群等等，体现了时代性与超越性，成为现代人新道德建设的源头活水，为新时期理想人格形象的确立提供了有益的文化借鉴。

Confucian ethics is one of the earliest ones in traditional Chinese ideology, and it is also a most complete and mature one. The philosophy of life and theories on humanities contained in the Confucian ethics reflect moral features of its time, and are still signifiant for moral education to the contemproary generation in modern society. Values of the confusion ethics, such as benevolence, rightousness, filial duty, etiquette, and so on will carry insturctive inspiration values in enhancing the people's moral quality of the new era.
