The functions of International Investment Bank are becoming more important and unreplaceable both in the development of economy and in the situation of world economy globalization. Having proceeded for more than a century, the investment bank industry in the western countries has become mature, and there are many things worth learning in terms of its developmental process, experiences and some development tendencies. China is in great need of establishing and perfecting its own investment bank system, especially after it set up the market economy and carried out the opening up policy.
